About Me
I am a PhD candidate (ABD) in the Department of Political Science and Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow of the Global China Initiative (GCI) at the Global Development Policy Center (GDPC) of BU. I received my B.A. in English (2011) and Master of Laws in Diplomacy (2013) from China University of Political Science and Law, and M.A. in International Relations (2015) from New York University.
For my dissertation, I study the mobilization of protests against mining in the Peruvian Andes. My interests of study include Comparative Politics, International Relations, International Political Economy, Public Policy and Latin America Studies. I participate in various projects on China-Latin America economic relations and Chinese development finance in the world at the GDPC. I have also served as Teaching Fellow for Introduction to International Relations and Introduction to Public Policy for several semesters. |
